Gift Wrapping & Delivery


The experience of owning a piece from a Rachel Elizabeth Wood’ collection is exciting and special  from the very moment the box opens. Whether it’s a gift or something for yourself, all of our jewellery & silverware arrives at your door beautifully gift wrapped at no extra cost. Each piece is placed in a stunning box which has Rachel Elizabeth Wood embossed on it and ribbon then completes the presentation. The item is placed in extra secure packaging and sent to you.

Delivery Destination

Rachel’s jewellery & silverware can be delivered worldwide. Your shipping address will be asked for when you place an order. Depending on where you live the shipping costs will vary so please ensure you choose the correct country for delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times
Due to the handmade nature of Rachel’s designs, if an item is out of stock at the time of purchase then please allow 2 – 4 weeks (for jewellery) & 4 – 6 weeks (for silverware) before delivery.

If the item you have purchased is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 working days. If you require your item sooner, please contact Rachel directly via email and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature. Should you miss your delivery A Special Delivery card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
International – Airsure & International Signed For Services. Parcels take between 3 and 7 days, depending on destination. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Rachel has no control over these charges.

Order Times
All the jewellery & silverware is made personally by Rachel. You will be informed of delivery times after the order has been placed. If an item is in stock it will be posted within 3 working days once payment for the item is cleared. Items that are made to order can take 2 – 6 weeks before posting. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch. Rachel will do her best to meet any deadlines if you require an item for a specific date. Where are my goods?
Contact Rachel if your jewellery or silverware is not delivered to you within the agreed time. She will give you information on the progress of your order. If you include as much information as possible about the order it will help to speed up the process. Returns Policy
If your jewellery or silverware is damaged in transit or is faulty when it arrives, you must notify Rachel by email within 7 days. Give your name, address, information about the fault and if you require a refund or a replacement. Rachel will then contact you about the next stage in the return process.

Any item being returned must be sent back in its original unworn condition. Failure to do this will mean that Rachel is unable to accept returned goods. Rachel will arrange a repair, replacement or gift certificate as appropriate. Refunds are solely at Rachel’s discretion.

Please note that each product is handmade by Rachel Elizabeth Wood and therefore unique, slight variations are part of the unique character of the work.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

A parcel that is being returned is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Rachel .To insure against loss or damage, the item MUST be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and must be sent with the correct insurance. If  the time is being returned from abroad, Air-Sure or International Signed For services must be used. Please take care when packaging parcels up for returns. All we ask is that you ensure items are well packed and will be protected during transportation.
